Building a solid foundation for the future

Our Facilitators

A Nursery School  is only as good as the staff that work with the children.

At Little Steps it is our aim to employ excellent, caring staff, who are experienced and trained in early childhood. Teachers attend regular professional development courses to further their knowledge.  To avoid disruption with the children's routines, the staff have set hours in which they work.

Mother and daughter team, Cheryl and Jane McNeal, run Little Steps. Both hold Doctorates in early childhood development. Coupled with their passion for little people, they carry the vision of Little Steps and manage the day to day operations.

Cheryl also runs a over 2 year class group.
